NBA: Saturday DFS Morning Lineup

Andre DrummondWith a short five-game lineup Saturday night on the NBA DFS slate, we could consider your typical scrubs and stars lineup, trying to get a couple of marquee fantasy scorers with a core group of consistently slotted producers.

Or we could try and go for a triumvirate James Harden, Stephen Curry and Andre Drummond (pictured), since those are the projected top fantasy players tomorrow.

In order to work them in, you will need to “scroll down” and find the pick of the litter in discount town.

Per usual, a key late injury announcement could get you just the right bump to a player who could get increased minutes and exceed his standard projection.

In the meantime, here are some of the players who will no doubt need to be at least part of your mix in order to get Saturday night’s Big Three.

Trey Burke’s salary at an all-time low on DK at 4.2k, as his minutes have seemingly dropped well below 30 for the Jazz. Dante Exum has fizzled out over the last two games, and Burke, meanwhile, has put up three-straight above-projection performances. Burke is more expensive on FanDuel than other sites.

The Warriors’ Harrison Barnes has had 34 and 26 fantasy points over the last two games, and we think he has to be included in this type of lineup. His home-road dichotomy is also stronger than most, and we like him for a few more minutes tonight with his strong offensive performances on this homestand.

Detroit’s Anthony Tolliver’s time has increased with the absence of Greg Monroe. Monroe is listed as OUT again on Saturday with a troublesome knee, so that is a green light for Tolliver, who has easily surpassed his value over the last three outings.

Phoenix’s Brandan Wright is starting to get expensive at 5.6k on DK and 5k on FanDuel, but he is one of our main core of lineup contenders. Has has been money for the last two games, going 8-11 and 16-8 with seven blocks in the latter. Without Alex Len listed as questionable overnight with a nagging ankle injury, Wright could shine again, as he has done since Len went down.

From there, you may have to wait and get that extra player or two that gets the late bump off any late injury news tomorrow, or have to settle for the likes of Vince Carter, Roy Hibbert, Joey Dorsey or Leandro Barbosa.
